- 1Detailed roof inspectionEvery slope documented with photos and measurements — hail bruising, lifted and creased shingles, and damage the naked eye misses.
- 2Storm evidence for your date of lossWe tie the damage to the actual storm with weather records, so “that didn’t happen in a covered storm” is off the table.
- 3If the carrier calls for repairs onlyWe identify your exact shingle through ITEL testing and, where appropriate, test whether a repair can really be made without damaging the shingles around it. A roof that can’t be repaired properly shouldn’t just be patched.
- 4Engineering backup when it’s disputedIf the carrier argues the damage is wear and tear, an independent engineer’s report puts a licensed expert’s findings behind yours.
- 5Negotiation to full replacementSupplements for everything the first scope missed, priced at real repair cost, until the settlement covers a full roof replacement.
- 6The buildOnce the claim is approved, we introduce you and our vetted roofing contractor on a three-way text and the build gets scheduled. Anything extra that surfaces during the build is documented with photos and video and billed after install.
One honest rule: your deductible is your responsibility — it’s the portion of the loss your policy assigns to you. A contractor who offers to “cover” or “waive” your deductible is asking you to take part in insurance fraud. Walk away.
